It is an essential ingredient for any Mediterranean pantry and a very distinctive gourmet product of the Southern Mediterranean cuisine. The organic sun-dried tomato spread can be used cold on toasted bread or baguette. We recommend it on toasted sourdough bread with sahli olives and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Alternatively, it is an excellent ingredient for the preparation of pasta sauces and stews.
