Our Customer Service team is always happy to help! We will usually aim to reply to your query as quickly as possible during our hours of operation. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm.

Our subscriptions programme is a weekly delivery service, bringing you the freshest Sourdough bread once a week or twice a week straight to your doorstep. Sliced or unsliced, we can deliver our loaf pre-sliced & ready for the freezer in a letterbox-compatible parcel. Contact us for additional information.
Bread is better shared with your friends. Our referral programme is meant to save a £5 on first order. Minimum spend is £20.

We don’t deliver on bank holidays and public holidays. We aim to have all of our deliveries complete by 6:30pm every day. We charge a small fee of £2.50 for orders under £15. We are happy to provide free delivery on all orders over £15 and subscribers receive free delivery.
