Tuna Cottage Cheese Sandwich

A high-protein toast that’s fresh, creamy, packed with goodness, and full of flavour.

Method

Drizzle your sourdough with a little olive oil and toast until golden and crisp.

Lightly fry the diced pepper, then add the spinach and cook until just wilted.

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, tuna, sun-dried tomatoes, the cooked peppers and spinach, and a generous spoonful of Toss dressing Green Goddess. Mix until everything is well combined.

Pile the mixture onto your toasted sourdough.

Top with a handful of fresh rocket and finish with an extra generous drizzle of TOSS Green Goddess — because every great toast deserves a little extra! 🌿🥪
