Sausage & Egg McMuffin Recipe with ‘Loaf Handles’ Brioche Buns

Our brioche buns are incredibly versatile; we love this recipe for a leisurely brunch on the weekends, as it’s simple but indulgently delicious.

Ingredients (MAKES 2)

Take the meat from the sausage skin & form a pattie from each sausage.

Pan fry for 4 minutes each side & top each with a slice of cheese.

In a separate pan fry the eggs, & top the patties with the eggs.

Toast the buns & fill with the pattie.
