Bringing a twist to the traditional Pain Suisse, which is made using a brioche dough, this variation uses a croissant dough filled with homemade vanilla crème pâtissière and chocolate chips.
The little lines at the top of the pastry are achieved by cross-laminating the croissant dough so that the layers face up instead of to the side, making it even crispier!
