Description
Our Stoneground Sourdough is made using 100% organic stoneground flour, offering a more traditional take on a classic white sourdough. There is no added folic acid in this loaf as it contains folate in its natural form.
Stoneground flour is slowly milled between stones to preserve the wheat kernel, including the wheatgerm. This results in a punchier, more complex flavour profile and a more satisfying bite than standard white loaves, while remaining lighter than a typical wholemeal.
As with all our bread, it is authentically fermented sourdough.
