Launching Our Brioche Burger Buns

We’re very excited to now be stocking brioche burger buns, just in time for the barbecue season. These are great lightly toasted on the grill, with both beef or veggie burgers.

Golden on the outside and a light and fluffy inside, these melt-in-the-mouth burger buns resemble a texture similar to pastry.

Ingredients (including allergens):

• Sourdough starter (flour & water)
• Organic stoneground wheat flour (gluten)
• Butter
• Milk
• Eggs
• Demerara sugar
• Salt

May contain traces of peanuts and other tree nuts.

Care instructions:

Keep at room temperature in brown kraft bag provided or in linen bag or freeze in freezer-friendly sealed plastic bags.
