Judi’s 3-in-1 Cinnamon Honey Butter Recipe
Ingredients for one full ramekin:
- Half a stick of slightly salted butter
- Half a jar of creamed honey
- One tablespoon of ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Melt the half stick of butter in the microwave for 20 seconds.
- Stir or whip the butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add the honey and mix until combined and lump-free.
- Add the cinnamon and mix until fully combined, creating a light brown mixture.
- Transfer to a smaller container for display.
- Enjoy at room temperature with fresh or toasted sourdough.
