Introducing our new Sourdough Ciabatta ‘Loaf Slabs’ or Ciabattine.
We call them slabs because they’ve been shaped loosely into an imperfect piece of dough (due mostly to its very wet dough) which in turn creates a delightfully fluffy and moist texture. And as with all our other bread products, they were handcrafted using a natural Sourdough starter and slow fermentation giving them that slightly sour tang in the finished product.
Add them as a side to any meal or elevate your picnic by using them as your sandwich bread.
