Our delicious Gluten-Conscious* Well Bread is an excellent choice for those with minor gluten sensitivities or those who prefer to avoid gluten for nutritional reasons.
* Our gluten-conscious loaf is made from gluten-free ingredients. However, we don’t call it “gluten-free” because we believe this designation is reserved only for products made in dedicated gluten-free facilities.
This one is so good, you’d never know it used no gluten whatsoever. In fact, in 2020 it earned a 1-star Great Taste Award and 2-star in 2019!
While peanuts or other tree nuts may not be a key ingredient in every one of our baked goods, all our loaves are produced in the same area where products containing various nut items and gluten based products are created.
