Pizza Topping Inspiration

Got our Sourdough Pizza Kit but need some inspiration? Experiment with our tried-and-tested toppings and get creative at home. If you prefer bread to pizza, you could use these as inspiration for bruschetta or sandwich fillings.

Our fav toppings:

Cheese, tomato, ham and mushroom

Cheese, tomato and sausage

Cheese, tomato and ham

Cheese, sausage, balsamic red onion, kale

Note: You must pre-cook the sausage, kale, red onion, and mushrooms. We usually pan-fry them beforehand, but you can also oven-roast the kale. For the ham, cooking is optional—you can add it at the last minute if preferred. We like to add Parma ham at the end rather than putting it in the oven with the pizza but it depends on the type of ham you use and personal preference.

If you want a more flatbread-style pizza with a thicker crust (like the image to the left), roll the dough out less.

This is our vegetarian option with cheese, balsamic red onion and kale. You can include sausage for a meatier alternative.
