Our set of 4 delicious ‘loaf cuff’ bagels is the perfect treat for the whole family.
Our little rolls-with-a-hole have that distinctive taste, chewy texture and shiny crust, largely thanks to the way they were made, by which we mean boiled then baked! But our loaf cuffs are even more special because they have been made using a natural Sourdough starter and slow fermentation to give them that slightly sour tang in the finished product.
Pair them with anything creamy and smooth. We love them with cream cheese & smoked salmon, almond butter & jam, or smashed avocado & olive oil. Enjoy them toasted or untoasted. You can also freeze them and they will taste delicious up to 6 months later!
**All Sourdoughs are “half XL loaves” (640g-675g) for more usable crumb and less waste. If you prefer a regular format, please let us know in the notes at checkout.
