This 3 hour in-person Sourdough workshop is perfect for 2 people or more, with Emily visiting you in your home kitchen. The workshop will take you through the whole process of baking you own Sourdough bread at home. Each participant will learn how to make their own White Country Sourdough loaf & a 100% rye bread tin loaf, flatbreads or Sourdough bagels. You will learn everything from making and feeding your own starter to kneading, shaping and baking Sourdough bread right in the comforts of your own kitchen.
Participants will be able to bake their finished products at home the next day & have an additional baking kit delivered to them so they can continue their baking journey.
The workshop will start with a quick intro to the theory behind the process and follow with some actual baking practice!
This class is perfect for ‘home bakers’ who don’t have any prior knowledge of bread baking.
