Our Stoneground Sourdough is made using 100% organic stoneground flour, offering a more traditional take on a classic white sourdough. There is no added folic acid in this loaf.
Stoneground flour is slowly milled between stones to preserve the wheat kernel, including the wheatgerm. This results in a fuller flavour and more satisfying bite than standard white loaves, while remaining lighter than a typical wholemeal.
As with all our bread, it is authentically fermented sourdough.
