This Sourdough white country large loaf is our “bread and butter”. It is our posh version of the classic ‘Plain Sourdough’. It was handcrafted using artisan baking methods and 100% organic stoneground flour, in order to achieve a full-flavoured bread.
This loaf has been fermented using natural sourdough leavens and a long and cool fermentation process, giving the bread that unique flavour, aroma and texture. It is a classic white sourdough loaf, featuring a pillowy, moist and open-textured crumb. It pairs beautifully with your every day spreads such as butters, jams & honeys.
