Wheat & Rye 'Labour of Loaf'
This wheat & rye Large Sourdough loaf is everything you'd want from a brown bread although it is so much more that that. Yes, it has that distinguishable dark woody crust, but it is also more open-crumbed than a lot of other whole wheat breads, which tend to be a lot denser. It's the healthier cousin of our popular 'True Loaf', as it offers more fibres and minerals, to give you lots of energy and aid your digestion throughout the day.
It was handcrafted using artisan methods and the finest organic flours in order to achieve a full-flavoured bread. This loaf has been fermented using natural sourdough leavens and a long and cool fermentation process, giving the bread that unique flavour, aroma and texture.
Pair our 'Labour of Loaf' with anything from salted butter, smoked fish and avocado, to a citrus or acidic jam like Orange Marmalade or Raspberry jam.

- Organic stoneground white wheat & rye flours (gluten)
May contain traces of peanuts and other tree nuts.

- Unsliced: keep at room temperature in brown kraft bag provided or in linen bag.
