Gluten-Conscious 'Well Bread'
Our delicious Gluten-Conscious* Well Bread is designed for those with minor gluten sensitivities or those who prefer to avoid gluten for nutritional reasons.
Ingredients (including allergens):
- Wheat starch (without gluten)
- Dried gluten-free Sourdough
- Pumpkin kernels
- Sunflower kernels
- Brown linseed
- Fresh yeast
- Caramel (glucose syrup, sugar)
- Guar gum
* Our gluten-conscious loaf is made from gluten-free ingredients. However, we don't call it “gluten-free” because we believe this designation is reserved only for products made in dedicated gluten-free facilities.
While peanuts or other tree nuts may not be a key ingredient in every one of our baked goods, all our loaves are produced in the same area where products containing various nut items and gluten based products are created.
