White Country 'True Loaf'
This Sourdough white country large loaf is our "bread and butter". It was handcrafted using artisan baking methods and the finest organic flours in order to achieve a full-flavoured bread. This loaf has been fermented using natural sourdough leavens and a long and cool fermentation process, giving the bread that unique flavour, aroma and texture. It is a classic white sourdough loaf, featuring a pillowy, moist and open-textured crumb. It pairs beautifully with your every day spreads such as butters, jams & honeys.
Ingredients (including allergens):
- Sourdough starter (flour & water)
- Organic stoneground wheat flour (gluten)
May contain traces of peanuts and other tree nuts.
Approx. weight: 750g
Loaf contains approx 20 slices.
- Pre-sliced: freeze right away in bio-degradable freezer bags.
- Unsliced: keep at room temperature in brown kraft bag provided or in linen bag.
