Sourdough Ciabatta 'Loaf Slabs' - set of 4
Introducing our new Sourdough Ciabatta 'Loaf Slabs', which have just arrived in time for Summer to make all of your Sourdough sandwich dreams come true!
We call them slabs because they've been shaped loosely into an imperfect piece of dough (due mostly to its very wet dough) which in turn creates a delightfully fluffy and moist texture. And as with all our other bread products, they were handcrafted using a natural Sourdough starter and slow fermentation giving them that slightly sour tang in the finished product.
Add them as a side to any meal or elevate your picnic by using them as your sandwich bread.
Ingredients (including allergens):
- Sourdough starter (flour & water)
- Organic stoneground wheat flour (gluten)
- 0.007% yeast
May contain traces of peanuts and other tree nuts.
Approx. weight: 60g per slab
Keep at room temperature in brown kraft bag provided or in linen bag or freeze in freezer-friendly sealed plastic bags.
