This compact but decadent Sourdough Brioche is a classic French bread with egg and butter. It has a rich and tender crumb with a shiny golden crust and while it can almost be classified as a pastry, its versatility can nearly match that of a classic Sourdough bread loaf.

- Organic stoneground wheat flour (gluten)
- Demarara sugar
