Tomato & Parsley 'Loaf Child' Focaccina
This small Sourdough Focaccina is the little but mightly sister of our large 'Loaf Child' focaccia. A flat oven-baked Italian bread, it is similar in style and texture to pizza dough, which has a chewy and pillowy loaf. This one has been topped with slices of tomato and a julienne of fresh parsley, and drizzled in a generous amount of olive oil & sea salt flakes.
Ingredients (including allergens):
- Sourdough starter (flour & water)
- Organic stoneground wheat flour (gluten)
- Olive oil
May contain traces of peanuts and other tree nuts.
