We're very excited to now be stocking brioche burger buns, just in time for the barbecue season. These are great lightly toasted on the grill, with both beef or veggie burgers.
Golden on the outside and a light and fluffy inside, these melt-in-the-mouth burger buns resemble a texture similar to pastry.

- Sourdough starter (flour & water)
- Organic stoneground wheat flour (gluten)
- Demerara sugar
Keep at room temperature in brown kraft bag provided or in linen bag or freeze in freezer-friendly sealed plastic bags.
