Our brioche buns are incredibly versatile; we love this recipe for a leisurely brunch on the weekends, as it's simple but indulgently delicious.
Ingredients (MAKES 2)
- 2 Lovely Sausages
- 2 Free Range Eggs
- 2 Slices Cheese
- 2 Good in Bread Brioche Buns
Take the meat from the sausage skin & form a pattie from each sausage.
Pan fry for 4 minutes each side & top each with a slice of cheese.
In a separate pan fry the eggs, & top the patties with the eggs.
Toast the buns & fill with the pattie.
